A 150-year-old historical Cretan mansion has been transformed into a new adults-only boutique destination. Inotropes Boutique Suites opened its doors three years ago in the internationally awarded “Residential Development” village of Ano Archanes.
With six carefully designed suites, exceptional aesthetics, and a character that blends contemporary vision with tradition, Inotropes Boutique Suites is one of the most compelling new accommodations for travelers seeking meaningful luxury and authentic experiences.
Built on the foothills of Mount Youchtas, just 14 km from Heraklion, in one of Crete’s most historic and fertile wine regions (PDO Archanes), Inotropes Boutique Suites offers a unique combination of tradition, culture, and wine tourism.
Its spaces have been restored with respect to architectural heritage, while the myth of the Inotropes of Minoan Crete—referring to the three sisters Oino, Elaïda, and Spermó, whose names were linked to the three fundamental products of the Greek land: wine, olive oil, and wheat—served as the inspiration for the brand’s name and philosophy.

Independent suites and unique stay experiences

Inotropes Boutique Suites features six independent suites, each with a unique identity: Elaïs, Oino, Spermó, Dorippi, Staphylos, and Anios.
With wood and stone taking center stage, custom-made furniture, and atmospheric lighting, the suites create a sense of calm where elegance meets understated luxury. In the common areas, guests can enjoy the outdoor heated jacuzzi from April to October, the cozy lounge with fireplace, and the stylish interior courtyard.
